I have been using WordPress.com for over eight years, but five years ago I created a new account to mark a big change and start a new blog: this one. Five years ago we started planning our move abroad in earnest. Five years ago we decided to say goodbye to the US and get ready to arrive in Germany.
It hasn’t been quite 5 years since we actually made the big move, but we’re nearly there and it’s hard to believe so many years have passed. Here’s to many more wonderful years in whichever country we call home.
