After documenting last month’s major yoga success, I want to do another check-in. I am happy to say that I practiced yoga 14 times in February! That’s in addition to the days when I did a lot of walking. My mom and I had a great time doing yoga together while she was here.
I also decided to go for it and get a Yoga Today membership. I have been a free member for almost four years, and after trying out several other online services I can say that I don’t think anything compares. So far, it’s totally amazing and worth it.
